1. Introduction

Welcome to Simplement. By accessing and using our website (simplement.global), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Services

Simplement offers natural skincare products and facial treatments. All products are made in small batches with natural ingredients. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary from the actual product.

3. Bookings and Appointments

Facial treatments are by reservation only, available 7 days a week from 9h to 21h. Each session lasts approximately 1 hour and costs $80. Bookings are confirmed by phone. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes are applied at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment is required at the time of purchase or appointment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Canada. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Free shipping is offered on orders over $100. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with proof of damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Booking deposits are non-refundable except in the case of cancellations made 24 hours in advance.

7. Allergies and Disclaimers

Our products contain natural ingredients. Please review the ingredient list before use. We are not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the use of our products. We recommend performing a patch test before full application. Consult a healthcare professional if you have specific allergies or skin conditions.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through bookings, contact forms, and newsletter subscriptions is used solely for communication and order processing. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our privacy practices for more details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Simplement and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Simplement is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product or service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Québec.
